This article is for my own sanity and organization. Just because I can describe what these treatments are meant to do, doesn't mean I have tried them all, nor do I know what and how each treatment would work for you. We are all unique in what we need and how we react. I hope the summaries below will give you an idea of what parts of Esogetic Medicine might be right for you.

ree

Over the past 5 years, I have taken the following courses, beyond the requirements for becoming a Certified Colorpuncture Practitioner (which consists of coordinating areas of the brain; helping energy flow evenly top-bottom, left-right; addressing hormonal, toxic, and degenerative issues; prenatal, birth, development, and conflict; symptoms as they fit into TCM major organ pairs and Medical Astrology elements and signs) and working towards earning a Diploma in Esogetic Medicine (which adds Kirlian/EEA images and Eye diagnosis, to select and evaluate the effectiveness of Esogetic treatments):

  • Pain Treatments: Treating pain can be hit or miss. Sometimes pain worsens with treatment because action needs to be taken (like going to the dentist). Like many practitioners, I hesitate to treat pain, because I don't want to make things worse. While I have taken the Esogetic "pain course", which I will describe in more detail below, I find RestoreChi is a safer first step, because of its ability to remove chill, dampness, and restore yang fire. This is only temporary, unless the person starts to take better care of themselves after treatment, to keep their yang fire high and chill and dampness out of their body. This is where Esogetic Medicine comes in. In addition to assigning pain to various astrological signs and elements (using Medical Astrology), for example (note some things fall in more than one category):

    • fire relates to muscle, tendon, gallbladder, PTSD, headaches, heart, spine, eyes, sciatic, hip, sacroiliac, rheumatism, cerebral stress due to plaque in arteries

    • earth relates to throat, ears, tonsils, intestines, stomach, liver/gallbladder, bones, joints, degeneration, rheumatism, stone formation, tissue pain

    • air relates to nerve pain, ear, hands, chest, lung, pelvis, kidney, skin, spinal cord, pain after fracture/surgeries, leg/feet, and

    • water relates to stomach, tumors, endocrine, autonomic, epigastric, headache, urinary, kidney/bladder, cancer, post-surgical, poisoning, feet/toes, rheumatism, and anything that shows no clinical findings

...the Esogetic "pain course" also targets the brain and nervous system, to really understand a person's pain story, knowing that pain that has persisted for more than 6 weeks can no longer be only taking into consideration the cause or location of pain. Chronic pain is considered a disease of the Central Nervous System (CNS), and the brain doesn't have one specific pain center, instead, pain causes the entire brain to go haywire. Kirlian Photography can tell us if the:

    • Thalamus (bottom of the index fingers, collecting and interpreting bodily senses, physiologically changed by pain, treatment helps it regenerate so it can work again, the wholeness CDs, in particular the spirit CD, can decrease pain via the Thalamus)

    • Medulla (top of the index fingers, things descend from being somatosensory, to the midbrain, to the medulla, and then to the spine)

    • Amygdala (bottom of the ring, middle, and thumbs, reacts to any deviation from our Unique Life Plan, triggers the hypothalamus and pituitary into fight or flight, impacts sleep, especially theta brainwaves which are needed for dreams, a form of conflict resolution, regeneration of the brain and a bowel movement of the soul, to a certain degree pain is a loss of emotional intelligence, in PTSD people might minimize their reaction to pain by dissociating, which changes the thalamus but leaves the amygdala active)

    • Hypothalamus (ring fingers, can be addressed along with the pituitary with a treatment called "coordination 1")

    • Hippocampus (top of the ring, middle, and index fingers, this is where we store our individuality, images, the generator of feelings, shrinks with prolonged exposure to cortisol, contributing to PTSD, and can be addressed along with the amygdala with a treatment called "coordination 2")

    • Limbic (top of the middle fingers, fully formed and thus impacted starting at 6 weeks prenatally, at birth, and by early childhood trauma/abuse, causing someone to be hypersensitive to pain, so much so that prenatal treatment can reduce fibromyalgia nerve pain, averse emotional associations can impact learning and memory, treatment is often required to restore healthy interaction)

    • Prefrontal Cortex (any attachment sign beneath the fingers or pre-existence signs on the medial sides of the little fingers, bringing this online can modulate pain in a positive way, by assigning/activating meaning, anticipation, empathy, decision making, motivation, and awareness of past imprints)

    • The belly brain (a difference between the hands and the feet or the tops and bottoms of the fingers, results in permanent tension/spasms in the solar plexus)

    • Mesenchyme (right middle toe), Neuroglia (left middle toe, general brain inflammation, fatigue, and insomnia), stomach acid (index toes), digestive/liver/brain (big toes), gallbladder (ring toes, this can act up if a child was sexually abused and their mother didn't intervene), or kidneys (little toes)

    • 0-3yrs attachment phase (left right finger, issues with mom and dad) which can contribute to alcohol abuse, and drug abuse (right ring finger) later in life

    • ...is involved in the pain story and would benefit from treatment. Some people benefit from treating the bardo (between lives) and birth trauma. It is important to regulate the "mesoderm layer", because of its role in the development of bone and connective tissue (mesenchyme). There are also ways to address inherited weakness in the mesenchyme, spine, shoulder, chest, sacrum, knee, general disharmony, and more (using the OGTs, see below), combined with memory points and connecting 3 levels of the brain. Some people react if you try to treat pain on a body/cellular level first, while others react if you try to treat the unresolved psychoemotional issues first, but there are ways to address these reactions. We often treat points on the top of the head and forehead, to reset something, before going to the pain area on the body. A treatment called the "cross of information" targets the nervous system (especially the vagus nerve). There are treatments to tonify or calm certain areas of the body, knowing that acute pain tends to be hot (aggressive inflammation, which can be addressed by stimulating the lymph to restore cellular communication with a treatment called "coordination 4 yin front"), while chronic pain is cold (and can be stabilize using toxic treatments). Disturbed cerebral function, distorted information, blocks in the flow of energy, and issues with memory and learning all contribute to pain. There are so many unresolved things that we store in our bodies. Often when physical pain is cleared, emotional issues will come to the surface, in dreams and life experiences, which can guide further treatment. There are also treatments to open the flow of communication, remembrance, address emotional conflict, frozen reactions, systemic and destructive disease, to unburden, detox, uplift, stimulate, regenerate, and address psychological buffers (like we don't like what is happening but we feel helpless to change it) which causes pain in the body. And if this is not enough, I can also take 4-part in-depth series, that looks at pain from a Holographic, Lymph, and Emotional level (related to memory re-traumatization and the amygdala), and chronic treatment resistance (when known treatments are not giving lasting results, we leverage the pre-frontal cortex to override the natural instinct to brace oneself). If this is something you think you would benefit from, please let me know.

  • Dream Treatments: From a Human Design perspective, dreams are to be ignored, because they are programming that we cannot defend ourselves against. We can look up how we are impacted when we sleep and address our symptoms with Esogetic I'ching (below) and Gene Keys treatments, but it is most important to remember (and trust) our Human Design Strategy and Inner Authority. That said, from an Esogetic perspective, dream incubation is a way to process trauma without the physical symptoms. These treatments bring more information from the implicit to the explicit side (integrating experiences that were previously split off into the subconscious). Dreams take you through the suffering, so you can see how you can resolve it (giving you more aha moments). Alot of people struggle with getting to sleep, because they experienced boundary violations, and there are protocols to relax the limbic and autonomic nervous system, so people can enter REM sleep more easily. We can open the door to inner knowledge (something we only have access to if we have learned our life lessons) and generate more life force by accessing freedom (the heart brain) and our feelings (the gut brain). We can start to understand (which means to heal the background of) our symptoms. Dreams are more about feeling and symbols than something we can contemplate. Kirlian/EEA photography is an excellent way to know which treatments are a good fit. The Road Less Traveled shares that people who have bad dreams tend to be good people, because they are willing to let go of their garbage at night, and not take it out on others in the day. Looking back at this material (5yrs after taking the course, now that I have a more solid foundation in both Esogetic Medicine and Human Design), I think people who are operating at an unconscious level, through their not self, would do best to ignore their dreams, but people who have been following their strategy and authority and can tell the difference between what is right and what is wrong for them, may be able to bypass the outside programming, and access their inner guidance while asleep. Resolving conflict without triggering more pain sounds like a nice solution.

  • Point Location: has evolved into my Meridian Work (with connections to using self-massage to clear mental, emotional, and energetic blocks, because they are physical too), and empowering clients to use flower essences and RestoreChi decals, to understand the psychology of their pain points and keep their meridians/body/brain/organs open between sessions. I also have a book on Acupressure for Trauma, which I hope to evaluate, at some point.

  • Eye diagnostics and OGT: signs in the coloured parts of our eyes show our genetic weaknesses, passed down from mom (left eye) and dad (right eye), the pupil and marks in the white part of our eyes show us what is presently being impacted, as well as the phenomena in our Kirlian/EEA image. OGT treatments can be used to address active imbalances, pain, or dis-ease, or to prevent inherited weaknesses from materializing as dis-ease. The Heart of Trauma: Healing the Embodied Brain in the Context of Relationships states that we might be able to find the implicit source of our issues in our body, but the epigenetic source may be the result of what our parents and grandparents experienced before we were born. OGT treatments can help by addressing mother/father/child, fear and rigidity, unresolved attachment, soul/spirit/bardo/prenatal (with some connection to autism or bipolar disorder), unresolved fears, inability to let go, congestion in the head (including teeth and migraines), hyperacidity/premature aging, weak structure, and developmental delays.

  • Transmitter Relays (TRS): hold and protect our Unique Life Plan. Going through the steps of this extensive treatment protocol shows us how things that happened early in life (which were unresolved) had a ripple effect later in life. These treatments clean up and organize information, so that it is easier to walk our Unique Life Plan. TRS works with the implicit and explicit, directions of information, energy, and matter flow, components of the esogetic model, thirds of our lives, the bardo, prenatal, and birth phases, how this impacts our medulla, spine, major TCM organ pairs, the first 25yrs of life, past life karma, victory over ourselves, letting go of the past, planning for the future, transformation, understanding who we are and what has happened, completion, and change. If the person is convinced that everything is fine, this process will not work. Rigid beliefs create blocks (see below regarding squashed index fingers). When old information is not processed, new information is not available. Without a steady flow of information, problems repeat until the lesson is learned, stasis creates disease. These treatments allow the person to see what is important, their life program opens, and they can step into their power. Primary TRS treatments are done on the front of the head to address memory. There are also treatments done on the hands and feet, for blockages in the root chakra, aka drives, when someone exhibits "failure to launch". Immune relays on the sides of the torso (go down to the cellular level and) are used for conflicts that land in the lymphatic system (i.e., Lyme disease, or moving from fight or flight to rest and digest). Adults whose Kirlian/EEA photo shows repeated phenomena at the bottom of their ring, middle, and index fingers are looping (they tend to have repeated accidents or the same type of difficult relationships, because they are stuck in a pattern which they are projecting outward). When the index finger is vertically squashed, the person's beliefs are too rigid to be open to this process, other treatments need to be done first, to put their fears at ease. TRS treatments help the person become aware of their patterns, so they can exit their loop, and make progress again. No one can do this for you, the client needs to engage in the process (which means no longer turning to their addictions, see below, to avoid facing the emptiness/pain), otherwise it is too hard. The brain (somatic body consciousness) is the switchboard between subtle information and social conditioning. If you want to live in the subtle field (following your Unique Life Plan) then you need to do the work, to keep the doors open, face your conflicts, clear out what no longer serves. It is best to apply this treatment slowly, over several weekly sessions, stretched out over several months, up to a year (integrating other treatments as needed). When things are done too quickly, it can bring everything to the surface, the person may not be able to get a grip on what's happening, and this can be very destabilizing. People will often be tempted to reach for their addictive substances or behaviours to cope, which can nullify the effects of this treatment.

  • Burnout: this is something that many people suffer from, if they are driven to achieve, because they never got the love and approval they were looking for in childhood. These treatments help people shift how they are living their life, by helping them reconnect, remember, allow the flow of information, sleep and dream, regulating the limbic brain, unblocking the subconscious, addressing the liver (which tends to be highly stressed in people who spend a lot of time in beta brainwave states), and supporting relaxation.

  • Death and Dying: we all need to let go, on a regular basis, to step into the next phase of our life. These treatments help us feel safe and supported, improve clarity and awareness, release fears and trauma, offer closure over things we didn't do, help us be present with what is, so we can move through transitional states.

  • I'ching: personally, I find the I'ching is most helpful in guiding us on how to navigate the only constant (which is change). Esogetics, the Gene Keys, and Human Design all identify key hexagrams that can help us understand ourselves and navigate our Unique Life Plan. The 64 hexagrams have been mapped onto the 22 amino acids (including the start and stop codons), thus it is possible to tie hexagrams to specific symptoms and each hand or foot in the Kirlian/EEA image. After editing this section, a fellow practitioner asked me to pick an Esogetic I'ching card at random. I chose hexagram 60 which is meant to be treated with hexagram 59, and after applying the Esogetic treatment, I was able to help my husband understand how he can position himself to be less of a victim of the economy and to thrive no matter what. Then the next day I wrote this post, about how key hexagrams can be identified using our sleeping Human Design chart and our Kirlian Photo. In this case, I will not treat my child with a "strong push", which involves deep massage followed by drawing the hexagram with a UV marker at a specific place on the body, followed by application of a grey crystal, and grey and rose (unconditional love, water element) light. Instead, I will print the hexagram on a piece of paper, a put this under her pillow at night, so it is easier for her to stay in alignment with her Unique Life Plan (shown here). The same post (above) shows some of the interesting work that is being done with the codon rings. According to Richard Rudd (founder of the Gene Keys), the 64 hexagrams help with evolution (matter towards spirit), while the 22 Soul Contract lessons help with involution (spirit into matter).

  • Brainwave treatments: stress throws us out of our rhythms, when we are unable to discharge the mobilized energy, we become at risk, especially when stress is ongoing, caught in conflicts we can't escape, and most therapies suppress symptoms instead of eliminating cause. Ongoing stress moves from the endocrine system to the toxic lymphatic system, and pain occurs when there is permanent tension. If we experienced unresolved physical trauma (abuse, accident, surgery) in childhood, we would have more phenomena in the right hand of our Kirlian/EEA image (issues with our beta/thinking brainwaves, the left side of our brain). If we experienced unresolved psychoemotional shock/abuse in childhood, we would have more phenomena in the left hand of our Kirlian/EEA image (issues with our alpha/resting brainwaves, the right side of our brain). This left/right imbalance is an indication of impaired communication between the two hemispheres of our brain, resulting in symptoms like migraines, headaches, heart, lung, stomach, gastrointestinal, genital, and psychological problems. Esogetic brainwave programs help us relax, have better sleep rhythms, detox, restore experiences that we may have missed, and have fewer symptoms. Brainwaves on the skin inform the thalamus, which regulates the mesenchyme, allowing information to get into our cells. The mesenchyme (tissue of our body) needs to be clear for information to be able to get to our cells. This is something Esogetics can address. When people experience discomfort as a reaction to treatment, it's often because their mesenchyme may be clogged up. Brain waves are a prerequisite for consciousness and illness is a change in consciousness. Treatment with colour light is strengthened when we layer in brain wave firsts, because this is how the brain speaks to the body, using the brainwave that is dominant at the time of treatment, signaling to the cells, to let the treatment in. When we treat a specific area of the body, this allows this area of the body to notify the brain that it has now adopted a healthy rhythm/function, so the brain no longer needs to register a problem/pain in this area anymore.

  • Gold & Silver, Soul Spirit, Activator, Crystals, Discs, Spheres, and Tattoos: using Medical Astrology (for symptoms) and Tree of Life (to help information flow and releasing blocks that make us sick) points on the face and body, as well as balancing left-right, front-back, top-bottom, and centering. Crystals are much stronger and more rapid than colour light treatments. They allow deeply held information to come into our awareness, so we can regulate disorganized information in our body. Crystals help release tension, emotional trauma, cellular memory, attachments, conflicts that won't resolve, pain, fear, memories, inflammation/tumors, draining lymph and balancing hormones, offering a deep cleaning of our life experience, especially when a person's Kirlian/EEA photo shows phenomena at the bottom of their fingers.

  • Bardo and Karma Crystal treatments: karma is the action that we need to take. When we do not take this action, we end up with serious destructive disease. We all have certain deep and painful karmic lessons, based on the numerology of our name. Bardo treatments help us clear the imprints of our parents, the blockages of our persona, our attachments, and karma, so we can open a new bardo (the space between beginnings and endings). We all want closeness with our parents. Using amygdala and hippocampus treatments, we can bring together our dissociative (implicit), explicit, and meta consciousness, seeing ourselves in the mirror of truth, learning not to take the hook, so we can become unstuck, and address the memory stored in our somatic/pain body.

  • Grey Crystals: bring in the concept of the trinity (I-Thou-We, mother-father-child, relationships), with treatments for balancing, centering, the limbic brain (amygdala and hippocampus), territorial issues, trauma, original fears, film of life, unshed tears of childhood, regrets, cramps, freedom, sinuses, and hypothalamic mediated psychosomatic symptoms. Material (soul/spirit) crystals can be added to the trinity, to address the thalamus-limbic connection (perception of emotional reactions), burnout, father treatment for chronic pain, mother treatment for acute pain, expansion of consciousness, and Fire (I), Earth (attachment, ancestral, concealed conflict, and mesenchymal rheumatism), Air (partnership with self), and Water (mother, karma, and emotions) issues.

  • Neuro-cardiology and the Glymphatic System: a childhood that is lacking in sufficient support and love can result in the heart no longer being able to send simultaneous messages to the cranial and gut brain, so we can think with feeling. As a result, people become people pleasers, asking others how they should live their life. A lot of this backs up into the head (the sinuses represent cellular memory), so draining the head lymph is the first step. Then we work to reconnect the heart and gut brain to the cranial brain, so the person can feel more centered and become more willing to play a role in their healing process. As we work to relax and open the body, pineal, amygdala, hippocampus, medulla, thalamus, and more, the person can release the rigidity (protective mechanisms) that are holding pain, dis-ease, and premature aging in place.

  • Menopause: According to the book The Menopause Brain, by Lisa Mosconi, PhD menopause drops the veil and shows us the symptoms we need to take seriously, if we want to have a better experience in the final chapter of our life. One indicator of how good our menopause experience might be, is our experience of puberty and pregnancy (as these are the other two times, in a woman's life, where her brain remodels). Many women have a lot of unresolved issues from these phases of their life, menopause offers an opportunity to resolve and let go, now that we are wiser and more capable to be aware of our mistakes. Esogetic can support this transition with treatments for endocrine dysregulation, headaches, insomnia, psychological symptoms, pain during sex, vaginal dryness, loss of sex drive, weight gain, metabolic issues, slowed metabolism, thyroid issues, frozen shoulder, and treatment resistance, as well as any unique lesson or symptoms that you may need to work through.

  • The Wall of Puberty: there are markers in the Kirlian/EEA photo that indicate the person is no longer connected to their life plan, because they did not find someone or something, between the ages of 12-24yrs, to help them overcome what happened to them in childhood, so things because more destructive. There are also markers in the Kirlian/EEA photo and the eye that indicate there is a disfunction, via the pineal gland, that is blocking the transfer of information from the zero-point field (as well as the person's ability to act upon this information). Treatments are provided for various scenarios, including for someone who feels like they are in a constant state of "flight". The left index finger, age 9, the child's consciousness, and the pineal gland, is where systemic illness begins. This workshop also included a section identifying markers in the eyes for calcification of the pineal glands, and how to support the transfer of information, from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet, using aspects of astrology and the tree of life.

  • Cosmetics: focuses mostly on the face, telling the story of the dominant stressors, emotions, and conflicts that we have experienced. But also red flags from our body, that show up on the face, acne, lifting the breasts, cellulite, and connections to diet, self-love, psychological boundaries, and being able to regain health through social interaction.

  • Depression and Anxiety in Children: Kids can be easier to treat, because they want to feel better, supported, understood, and acknowledged for their experience. Unique Psychology, the Information Field, Divine Healing, and RestoreChi are often enough (if the parents are willing to take ownership of their role in how their child behaves and feels). Kids are still developing; there are certain treatments that their body and lives are not ready for. Simple therapies for depression and anxiety in children include coordinating the brain, opening information barriers, working with sunline (connecting lines between impulse and reaction) to balance left and right top and bottom, addressing insomnia, restlessness, (limbic) concentration and learning, fear, joy, and relaxation. Background therapies working with the amygdala, lymphatic system (keeping in mind that everything we losen needs to be physically drained and released from the body, memories and emotions are physically stored), prenatal, birth phases, ice breaker (mental blockages which prevent them from moving forward), hormones, conflict, arrested development in certain life lessons (planets), and inherited risk factors. Advanced therapies include addressing who was in the room when they were born (what baggage are they carrying that is not theirs), as well as their tendency to have increased threat awareness, the PFC's role in helping them process multiple inputs and modulate behaviour to be cognitively flexible and have more impulse control, but only for kids 16yrs+, when depression and anxiety is more destructive. Brain induction therapies are generally reserve for people 9-12yrs+ but depending on the state of the child, sometimes this can begin at age 5-6yrs+, once they are able to be still and keep their eyes closed for the duration of treatment (10-45 minutes).

  • Addiction: When someone engages in addictive behaviour they have been shattering their body. The first step is to help them detox and get through physical withdrawal (the first few weeks of abstinence) by balancing, coordinating, and reconnecting their brain, and opening information barriers. By slowly punching holes in their subtle body we open reconnect, regulate, and stabilize their brain. An adaptation of the Transmitter Relays (mentioned above) can be used to address the compulsion, get at the background conflict, including complications at birth (but only after physical withdrawal symptoms have resolved). We can also regulate the personality to help them deal with the conflict (using symbolism from Astrology), to shift rigid and chronic patterns and reset their connection to the subtle fields. Early lack of empathy from parents can also result in addiction and this can be addressed using the first 3 hexagrams of the i'ching (father, mother, and difficulty at the beginning). Ancestor therapies can also be helpful, since 60% of addiction is inherited. There are treatments specific to alcoholism, eating disorders, and smoking, as well as reconnecting the (inner and outer) senses, and treating the PFC to help prevent relapse. In the end, addiction is a symptom that arises because the person hasn't found another way to regulate how they feel. They will eventually need to face what they have been avoiding and find other ways to use the time they were spending seeking, doing, and recovering from their addictive behaviour.

  • I also participate in annual Update seminars (covering topics like the Prefrontal Cortex, PTSD, Torsion Fields, how our past holds us back, how we are blocked in taking steps on our life path, and more), quarterly Esogetic Letters (sharing case studies and effective/relevant new treatment strategies), and I will also be taking this course:

RestoreChi is something I often add to Esogetic Treatments, for clients who are willing to engage/invest in what is needed to do so.

The Information Field is something I can do remotely, to add an outside perspective, to treat people/situations who are not directly involved in sessions with me, so we can gain a better understanding of what is going on for them, send a correcting impulse, and have more compassion.

If you want to participate in Esogetic Medicine, it is important to have space in your life to rest, integrate, and make notes of what is happening to you. You also need to be able to come back for treatment if you have a reaction that is hard for you to manage on your own. It takes time and experience to figure out what you benefit from and to work through certain issues. If life (or how you respond to it) pushes you back into a disordered state, or if you are looking for a quick fix, Esogetic Medicine may be too provocative for you. Divine Healing may be a better fit, because it is more patient (and thus gentler) with how long it can take to work up the courage to change (we need to feel supported, always).

Some things to consider are embedded in the "Esogetic Medicine Intake Form", available at the bottom of My Services | yhalp.ca

I hope this is helpful.
